Privacy notice
This is a short summary for staff using the platform. It is not a replacement for your school’s own privacy notice, and it does not change the terms your school has agreed.
Who processes your data
Your school is the data controller. Gat3house Ltd, trading as Cuevela, is the data processor and handles your data on your school’s instructions under a Data Processing Agreement.
What we hold
- Your account details — name, work email, role, and school.
- The training sessions you run: what you typed or said, the platform’s assessment of it, and your follow-up actions.
- Audio of your spoken turns, where you use the voice mode, retained under a defined retention class.
- Records of when you completed training, for your school’s reporting.
What we do not hold
No real pupil data. Every persona is fictional, and the terms prohibit entering real safeguarding case details into the platform.
Why we hold it
To deliver the training, to show your school who has completed it, and to keep the audit trail that makes assessments reviewable.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Raise these with your school first — as data controller, your school directs what happens to your data.
